First Magnitude is nothing without our crack team that works to make the beer, package and distribute the beer, serve the beer, create our events, keep us running, fix the things, make our art, and make sure people know what we’ve got going on.

It takes a lot to make First Magnitude go and we strive to be a place where our team feels empowered and appreciated. Many of our staff have been with us for years; we pride ourselves in having low turnover and do our best to have the best team around. We provide a living wage, health insurance to all full time employees, offer health benefits to part time employees, and a retirement plan to all staff.

We give a S*** about our staff- they make First Mag better and better and we couldn’t do any of this without them!
